My niece wanted a car embroidery and I went with the classic side-profile shape for this one. Red body, smooth rounded curves, nothing complicated about the silhouette. The face is what makes it - two big round eyes with little curly black eyebrow arcs above them, and that wide open grin with a pink tongue peeking out. Looks genuinely happy rather than just smiley, if that makes sense.
Six colours: red for the body, blue-grey for the windshield, black for outlines and wheels, white for the eye whites, pink for the tongue, and a mid-grey on the wheel centres. Stitch count runs from 8,104 at the smallest to 27,155 at top size with 5 hoops total. The width is actually narrow for this design - only 1.63 to 3.79 inches wide - but its tall at 3 to 7 inches. So its a more portrait-shaped car than the usual horizontal layout. Density is 1,022 so the fills are solid, back it with cutaway rather than tearaway.
I had a customer dm me last christmas wanting this on stocking stuffers for her boys. She stitched it on iron-on patches using cutaway backing and then pressed them onto kids caps. Said the red body came up really vivid on khaki fabric. I wouldnt have thought of that application but it obviously works well.
Hoop your stabiliser first and float the fabric on top if you're doing caps or small items. Trim the jump threads between the eyebrow curls - those fine lines sometimes have a skip or two depending on your machine. Dm me if the file isnt downloading right.

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Kids t-shirts for toddlers and young childrenThe portrait-shaped design fits neatly on a chest pocket or sleeve patch without the usual wide footprint of side-profile cars.
- Iron-on patches for caps and kids accessoriesStitch onto cutaway-backed iron-on fabric for press-on patches; works on denim and cotton caps.
- Childs backpack front panel decorationThe 3.79 inch width slots onto a backpack front panel without overlapping straps or zips.
- Boys birthday party t-shirt personalisationQuick 6-colour design for personalised birthday party tees - manageable thread changes for a small run.
- Nursery wall hoop art on white linenMount in a round hoop with white linen; the red car reads boldly against pale fabric for a nursery display.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
