And the snake tongue is a tiny detail thats easy to lose if you rush registration. pick cream linen for the build, sage cotton, or unbleached canvas for the painterly look. Avoid black or very dark backgrounds, the dusty olive and ochre lose contrast and the entire thing flattens out.
