Its a snowman done as a clean single-colour silhouette. Hat sitting straight on top, round body, little carrot nose poking out, scarf looped around the neck. And theres nothing inside the shape. No buttons drawn in, no shading, no face detail. Just the outer form filled solid and thats it.

Single colour means one thread load, no colour changes, no stopping the machine mid-run. Ive been digitising holiday stuff for years and the silhouette approach is the one that ages best. Complex three-colour snowmen feel dated after a season. This design stitches clean and reads clear from across the room. Stitch count runs 12,947 on the smallest at 3.5 inches up to 31,772 on the biggest at 7.5 inches. Medium cutaway stabiliser on fleece or woven cotton keeps the edges crisp.

And the shape itself is genuinely good. It isnt a blob. The top brim has its own clean edge, the scarf drapes slightly to one side, the carrot sits at the right angle. That kinda geometry is what separates a real digitised file from something traced quick. Density sits at around 602 stitches per square centimetre which my main digitising tool keeps balanced. Pop it on a dark navy or forest green background and the white fill just glows.

Use a tear-away stabiliser on light quilting cotton or twill for cleaner results. Skip stretchy knits unless you add topping because the satin column sections along the brim edge can gap on jersey. Hoop snug and let the underlay do its job. I get alot of orders for this one in late october and november from people doing holiday merch early. Bug me on chat if the colour palette comes out muddy and ill fix it fast.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
