Drew up this cat mid-pounce with a big water splash bursting around the whole body. Its a solid black silhouette so the feline shape is clean and graphic, but the splash rays shooting out from every angle give it alot of energy. Cat has that coiled back, front paws forward posture like its just landed in a puddle and couldnt care less about getting wet.
One colour. Done. Single-thread run, no colour changes, no swapping bobbins halfway through. Ive been making designs for years and honestly the single-colour silhouette pieces sell more consistently than anything else because the stitching is so clean. Stitch count goes from about 8.9k on the smallest 3-inch size up to 27.5k on the full 7-inch version, so even the big size stays crisp and manageable. One customer last spring grabbed the 7-inch on a black tote and asked me to reverse the colours to white on black thread. Ran perfect.
Back it with no-show mesh on light cotton or canvas for the cleanest satin edges. Pop it on a pale or white ground fabric because the splash silhouette needs contrast to read. Skip anything busy or mid-tone, the directional fill lines get lost against colour. Dont hoop jersey without a topping or youll get distortion on the fine splash rays.
Five sizes to work with, 3 up to 7 inches wide. Best on tees, tote bags, pet bandanas, pillow cases, aprons, anything with a flat woven surface. Pair with the smaller sizes for repeated scatter patterns on a dish towel or a baby onesie. Holler at me if the file doesnt open in your software and Ill sort the format out same day.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
