A paw print, heavy black fill. The two bigger pads sit at the top, four smaller toe beans below them. Then right where the heel pad should close off, two straight horizontal lines cut through the shape with a measured gap between them. Thats the split. That gap is where a name, an initial, or a pet monogram goes, stitched separately or added in vinyl, paint, whatever personalisation method you prefer.

Its a really clean graphic. Nothing extra, no swirls, no flowers, no borders. Just the paw shape and the name frame. The dense satin fill makes the stitching look substantial rather than sketchy, and it reads from across the room even on the smaller sizes. Ive never seen anyone look at this and not immediately get what its for.

Back in february a customer stitched the 3-inch version onto fabric iron-on labels and used them to personalise dog accessories across an entire farmers market run. She said having a visible gap where the name obviously belongs made it a much easier sell, customers could instantly picture their own dogs name in there without her needing to explain anything.

Stitch on woven cotton, canvas, or felt for the cleanest result. Dont use a tearaway on stretch fabric like knit fleece because the filled pads can buckle and lift. Pop it on firm woven fabric with a standard tearaway and the whole thing runs smoothly. Test hoop the 2-inch size first since the toe detail is tight at that scale. From 3 inches upward, hoop snug and everything reads clean and crisp without needing adjustment.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
