Its basically two words and a whole october mood packed into one design. 'Spooky' sits up top in that big swooping cursive, and 'Season' drops below it with a matching capital S that curls back real wide. Both letters are thick satin fills, charcoal black, heavy and bold. But the fillers around em are what make it interesting. Top right corner theres a fine spider web, the kind drawn with thin radiating spokes and concentric rings. A small spider hangs mid-web and another dangles just off to the right. Down at the bottom a witch broom sweeps under the whole composition. Theres also a lil bat floating near the middle left, keeping things company. None of these fillers are dense or chunky, they sit light so the lettering stays the star.

And honestly thats exactly why I like this one. Single colour, so theres no thread swapping in the middle of your hoop session. 4,580 stitches on the smallest 2-inch size up to 16,993 on the 6.92-inch, which keeps the machine time reasonable even on a mid-range machine. I get messages from craft market sellers who batch stitch this on tote bags and zip pouches all through october, running alot of pieces at once because the 1-colour setup speeds things up fast.

Stitch on a light grey cotton or cream canvas and the charcoal pops without being too stark. Avoid really dark fabric here because the web detail lines are fine and they need some contrast to read properly. Use a medium tearaway stabiliser on woven cotton and switch to cutaway if youre hooping a knit or jersey base. Hoop tight on the bigger sizes, the wide script letters want a stable base or the satin sections can shift.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
