6 sizes, single colour, and its the kind of design thats technically halloween but people stitch it year-round on their canvas totes. The figure is a skeleton woman, elegant proportions, holding a cocktail glass at her side like she owns the room. Solid black silhouette, no fine line details, just the bold shape and that little glass in her hand. Widths go from 2.5 inches up to a full 7.5 inches. Heights are a bit shorter than the widths, between 2.02 and 6.07 inches.
Stitch counts from 10313 at the 2.5-inch size up to 39592 stitches at the largest. Density is 870, which is firm. Most of that density sits in the torso and figure sections where the solid black fill builds up the shape. Built in my usual software with underlay run under those high-density zones first so the satin doesnt push through the weave of the fabric. This one needs a good stabiliser, dont skip that step. Especially at the large size on lighter weight cotton.
My customer who runs a halloween costume hire business last autumn ordered this one for a batch of canvas tote bags she was selling at a halloween market. She said it was one of the fastest stitching designs in the batch because theres no colour swaps to manage. She stitched 12 bags in one sitting. Dense but fast is kind of the deal with single-colour silhouettes like this.
Hoop a cutaway stabiliser on any medium or lightweight fabric. On heavyweight canvas you can use a dense tearaway but cutaway is safer at the large sizes. Avoid sewing on thin silk or gauze without extra backing. The smaller sizes at 2.5-3 inches work nicely as a repeating pattern across a hem line or as a row of figures on a wide canvas strap.

- Denim jacket front panelFront panel on a denim jacket at the 7.5-inch size creates a fashion-forward Halloween statement.
- Sweatshirt chest placementChest placement on a black sweatshirt in white thread inverts the palette for a striking look.
- Costume accessories and sashesStitched on a satin sash or ribbon belt it makes a costume accessory that photographs brilliantly.
- Witch hat embroideryThe 2.5-inch size fits on a witch hat band for a subtle character embroidery detail.
- Canvas or linen clutch bag frontsLinen or canvas clutch bags at the 4-5 inch size balance the vertical cocktail figure well.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
