Ive always been suprised how much mileage you get out of a pure black line art design. Three hardback books stacked flat, and from underneath the stack a whole botanical arrangement spills out, peonies, roses, a daisy, and layered leafy branches. All in one colour. All black. The density sits at a light 315, much lighter than most of the other designs I carry, which means it stitches fast and stays flat on the fabric without any stiffness.
Five sizes here, tiny at 1.9 inches wide going up to a solid 5 inches wide. At the smallest size youre at just 4,085 stitches. At the largest, 10,340. Quick runs, a home machine will knock through the 5-inch size in under 10 minutes. The book outlines get satin column borders and running stitch page edge detail, and the botanical elements carry running stitch outlines with satin fill only on the small daisy centre. Hoop on a stable tearaway for woven fabrics. Use a cutaway stabiliser if youre working on linen or any fabric with any give in it.
Book lover gifts are where this one belongs. I had One customer back this spring ordered it specifically to stitch on a linen tea towel as a hostess gift for a book club end-of-year party. She stitched the 4-inch run centred on a cream linen hand towel and it looked genuinely elegant. Pair with a simple name or initials beside the stack if youre doing gift personalisation. Best on natural linen, cream canvas, white quilting cotton, or any plain light fabric.
Use the 2-inch size on pockets, bookmarks, or small pouches. Run the 5 inch file onto a tote, a cushion, or a project bag. Avoid dark or mid-tone fabric because the fine line work disappears.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
