This ones got 4 thread colours and the mix of lettering styles is what makes it interesting to stitch. The 'STAND' and 'AND' and 'BE' parts are done in thick black block caps, then 'tall' and 'fabulous' drop into a wide hot-pink script with long looping strokes. Youre jumping between 2 very different font weights and 2 colour changes within the lettering alone, which is the kind of detail embroiderers tend to appreciate.

The flamingo on the right is standing in that classic one-leg-raised pose, neck curved, head tipped slightly down. Its got a soft light-pink satin fill for the body and a tighter decorative fill across the chest feathers. Run a medium cutaway under on knit fabrics. Add a water-soluble topper to keep the script letter loops from sinking into the weave. Pick from 5 sizes between 3 and 7 inches wide.

Stitch count runs from 11,036 up to 28,239 at the 7-inch size. Thats typical for a 4-colour design with dense mixed lettering like this. Run it at around 700 stitches per minute and the satin fills will come out smooth.

Ive had quite a few customers order this one as a birthday gift for the friend whos always talking about confidence and owning her life. Its got that energy without being too loud. Last month someone told me they stitched it on a pink canvas tote and gave it to their best friend whod just started a new job. Text me if you need a different size or want to talk through placement.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Stitched on a pink tote bag as a confidence-boost gift for a friendOn a canvas tote, the 5-inch size reads well on the front panel; use a firm cutaway and no topper on tight-weave canvas.
  • Embroidered on a sweatshirt for a flamingo fan's everyday wardrobeSweatshirt fleece needs a cutaway stabiliser and a water-soluble topper so the script letters dont lose their shape.
  • Put on a makeup pouch or zipper bag for a girly, positive vibeA makeup pouch in vinyl or faux leather takes the smallest 3-inch size with a tearaway stabiliser.
  • Added to a beach bag for a tropical summer accessoryBeach bags in canvas or nylon stitch cleanly; the 4 to 5 inch size sits well centered.
  • Placed on a hoodie as a self-love quote piece for a teen or young adultOn a hoodie, center the design on the front and reduce speed for the dense feather fill areas.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
