Worked up this one because customers keep asking for independence day designs that dont look like every other flag shirt out there. The sunglasses are the hook here, classic aviator shape with the american flag pattern digitised right inside the lenses, stars on the left side, red and white stripes on the right. Underneath that sits the stacked text in bold satin blocks, the Stayin Fly words up top in red, then a smaller handwritten style 'on the' in between, then the 4th of July lettering at the bottom in chunky blue.
Four colours in the sequence, black for the sunglass frames, red for the stripes and the big top text, white for the highlights, and blue for the stars panel and the bottom line of text. Six sizes altogether, smallest is about 3 by 2.5 inches and the largest goes up to 8 by 6.6 inches. The big 8 inch version is kinda really the showpiece, it fills a shirt front nicely. Stitch count climbs to 30,679 at that size so its a solid run time piece.
Reach out if you have any issues with the file loading and I will get it sorted, usually within a day. I been making custom 4th of july pieces for a few years and this one does really well each june and july, people order it for matching family shirts, group costumes, bbq aprons, all of it.
Use a good cutaway stabiliser on jersey or any stretch cotton blend. Tearaway is fine behind plain woven cotton tees. The lettering has decent density at all sizes so dont rush the machine speed, give it time on the larger letters or the satin fill gets ripply.
Best for crew neck tees, tank tops, aprons and tote bags. Skip very dark backgrounds unless you test first, the white highlights need contrast to pop.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
