The stethoscope tube does all the heavy lifting here. It starts at the earpiece end on the left, loops up and curves over itself to form the two rounded humps of a heart, then the chest piece hangs down at the bottom right. The tubing just becomes the heart shape, which I think is a nicer idea than slapping a seperate heart next to a stethoscope.

Right through the middle of that heart theres 2 parallel horizontal lines cutting the shape in half, which is the split monogram frame. Thats where a name or initials go when you add lettering in your software. The gap between the lines is generous so even a longer name stitches cleanly without crowding the curves above and below it.

Single colour, all black, outline only so theres no dense fill areas to worry about. Stitch count runs from just under 2,600 on the smallest to around 8,100 on the largest, 6 sizes total from 3 inch up to 8 inch. Pulls fast on any machine. Earlier this year a customer who does personalised nurse gifts told me she's running these 4 at a time on a multi-needle and theyre done in under 20 minutes a batch, including the name. Neat satin stitch reads well even at the smaller end. Wont disappoint on size.

Looks sharpest on solid colour fabric because the outline needs contrast to pop. White scrubs jacket, navy or royal blue tote, black beanie, pale grey pouch. Avoid prints or busy textures, the fine single-line detail gets lost against noise. Dont skip your stabiliser either, cutaway keeps those tube curves sitting smooth on woven cotton and tear-away works fine on stiff canvas or denim. Text me through the contact page if the file isnt working for your machine format and Ill get a replacement sorted fast.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
