Summer Vibes Palm Tree is the stacked retro typography piece with palms tucked into the letters across 9 sizes. The top row spells SUM in green, red and blue, with two blue palm tree silhouettes leaning across the S and M so the letters and trees share the same space. Below sits MER in solid blue, and vibes finishes it off in a casual black cursive script.

The cool bit is how the palms arent just plopped over the letters, theyre digitised so the whole top row reads as one piece. Kinda like a vacation poster from the eighties printed on a thrift-shop tee.

Only 4 thread colours so its actualy a quick stitch out for a complex-looking design. Stitch counts run from 8.7k at the small 3.5 inch size up to 25k at the 7.5-in cap hoop. Honestly the medium 5x7 sizes are where this design shines because the palms still read crisp without losing detail.

I drew this last summer for tropical merch. A customer made matching tees for a family Florida trip last june and the pics she shared back were dead-on cute. The 4 inch size sits nicely as a back-yoke piece on a navy or white tank top, and the 7 inch fits a tote bag front panel.

Pop a tearaway behind plain cotton woven and a cutaway on jersey or fleece knits. Run polyester thread for outdoor wear so the colours hold up against sweat and chlorine. The palm fronds have small fingery shapes so check that your needle is sharp first. If sample run looks off send me a note and ill take a look.

  • Tank top back yokeThe 4 inch sizes fit a tank top back yoke nicely without overwhelming the garment.

  • Pool party teesPool party tees for adults or kids land the tropical vibe without being too literal.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
