I did this one for the nursery category because I wanted something that felt genuinely warm rather than just generic cute. The sun has a round smiley face with chunky rays spreading out, and right beside it is a cloud thats shaped like a soft heart rather than a regular puffy cloud. Its a small touch but it makes the whole design feel more intentional. Colors are yellow and warm white, with a gentle blue outline on the cloud that keeps it from blending into light backgrounds.
Runs at 3.51 x 2.99 inches with 12,662 stitches, nice and manageable for baby item placement. Density works well for the soft fill areas in the sun rays. Cutaway stabiliser is what I'd go with on onesies or any stretchy baby knit fabric, tearaway is fine for cotton bibs or felt. Keep your hoop tension snug but not tight on baby fabrics since those can distort easily.
This one gets used a lot on baby onesies, which makes sense, its just the right size for that chest area. A customer made a set of burp cloths with this design and said her sister was so happy with the gift she asked for extras. Also looks lovely on a small nursery pillow or stitched into the corner of a baby blanket in a soft cotton waffle weave.
Text me a chat note if the file size isnt right for your hoop and Ill sort it out fast.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
