Heres the surfboard beach summer scene and its full of that holiday vibe. Two boards planted upright in a little mound of sand. A smiling sun face beams off the right board with a fluffy cloud and a pink red inflatable ring tied around the middle. The left board carries rainbow stripes running top to bottom in yellow, orange, green and mint. Around the base youll spot a striped beach ball, a tiny blue starfish and a pink red starfish lounging on the sand.

The whole thing reads like a kids book illustration. Bright satin stitching, thin black outlines holding shapes together, and 13 colours total so theres real depth. Sand fills as a beige with subtle texture lines stitched in to fake the grain. And the smiling sun on the second board is genuinely cute, not creepy cartoon territory.

I drew this up last june for a customer who was building swag for her kids summer camp. Pool towels, swim bag totes, sun hats, and the smaller hoop sizes carry great on rashguards or the front pocket of a beach cover-up. Stitches go from about 9.5k on the 3 inch up to 27k on the 7.5 reach hoop, so its not crazy dense for the size. Density runs around 559 which keeps the satin smooth without bulking up tee fabric.

Stitch on plain light fabric for best results. White, cream, sky blue or pale yellow let the rainbow stripes and turquoise board really sing. Skip dark fabrics here because the light cloud and sand colours go muddy on anything navy or black. Use a tearaway stabiliser for the smaller sizes and switch to cutaway for anything above the 6 inch hoop. Run polyester thread on swimwear so the colours hold up against chlorine and salt.

If proof reads broken share me a note with photo and ill sort it same day.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
