19 colours in a sweet-valentine couple design that runs from 27,157 stitches at 3.51 inches climbing to 58,971 on the largest hoop. Thats the most colour changes youll find in this collection and the result genuinely earns it. The two figures are illustrated in warm tones, soft reds, pinks, creams and a dusty rose that sits between the two, with tiny romantic details woven into the clothing and surroundings. At a density of 1,175 the fill areas are dense and the design reads as finished and intentional rather than a quick knock-off.

Layer a thick backer on any woven ground and dont skip the underlay stitching, at this stitch count the foundation work is what keeps everything flat. Run a water-soluble topping on velvet or terry cloth so the satin sections stay crisp. Ive run the 6-inch run on a warm ivory cotton twill and the colours sat beautifully, the 19 thread changes took about 35 minutes total but every swap was worth it. Take your time with bobbin tension before you start because any drift shows more on high-density multi-colour builds.

A customer messaged me last february saying she'd used the 7 inch version as the centrepiece on a throw pillow for her partner, said it was the best Valentine gift shed given in years. The detail at that size is impressive, you can pick out individual clothing elements from across the room. For a matching couple set, stitch both pieces on sweatshirts in the same colourway and the pair reads as coordinated without being matchy-matchy.

Stitch this on heavy cotton canvas bags for market sellers doing Valentine bundles. Add a name beneath in running stitch for a personalised version. Best on solid ground fabrics in neutral or light shades, the 19 colours carry enough visual weight that the fabric just needs to stay out of the way. Text me if the colours need swapping for your project, happy to advise. Text your order and youre downloading the same day.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
