Drew up this one as a full classroom scene packed into a single hoop. A big yellow pencil with lime polka dots sits at the bottom, and a tower of 6 books is stacked right on top of it. The spines hit every colour: pink, purple, teal, orange, gold. The top book flips open, pages fanning out, and three little red satin hearts float above it like the whole stack is radiating love-of-reading energy. To the left a small blue globe leans in, continents in turquoise with white underlay behind them for dimension. On the right theres a pink cylindrical case holding a golden paintbrush, a blue coloured pencil and a purple ruler strip. 12 colours total, density at 789 stitches per square inch, so its a dense stitch-out on the bigger sizes.

Each book spine uses a directional tatami fill angled differently so the books actually look stacked rather than flat. The globe gets a satin-wrapped sphere treatment with a navy ring stand at the base. Pencil body runs a long horizontal tatami with the polka dots punched in as small satin circles on top. Its that kind of layering that eats thread but looks properly polished on a finished piece. Biggest file clocks 42,215 stitches at 7.12 by 7.51 inches, smallest is 3.33 by 3.51 inches at 16,353 stitches. Five size options between those two ends.

A customer last autumn wanted an end-of-year gift and ordered the 5-inch on a oat canvas tote for their kid's form teacher. Said the teacher actually cried a bit when she opened it. So yeah, it works for that. And the hearts floating above the open book really seal the sentiment without needing any text at all.

Pop this on a tote bag, a teachers apron, a cushion cover for the staff room, or a canvas pouch. Pale backgrounds work best since the colour palette is already busy. Stitch the big size with a firm cutaway stabiliser and hoop tight. Add a layer of water-soluble topping over textured fabric so the fine satin outlines on the globe dont sink into the weave. Skip the topping entirely on smooth cotton canvas.

professional digitising software digitising with a bobbin-forward approach so thread jumps stay low. The colour sequence runs logical so you load each shade once rather than switching back and forth. Holler if theres any issue with the file and Ill rework it.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
