The overall silhouette is a wide heart, but youre not gonna see much negative space here, its completely packed with school-themed icons. Right in the middle, bold black hand-lettered text says TEACHER. Around it the icons fill every corner of the heart: red apples, blue ABC letters, green pencils, a teal graduation mortarboard, orange reading glasses, open notebooks, a ruler, a small pin, red and green hearts, stars, and even a paperclip. Everything sits at slightly different angles which gives the whole thing that hand-doodled look, like a teacher's planner page come to life.
I kept this one at 5 colour changes across 5 sizes so its manageable. Smallest is 2.86 inches wide and the largest hits 6.12 inches. At the 6-inch size youre looking at 17,270 stitches, which is actually on the lighter side for something this detailed because the icons are mostly outline and fill rather than dense satin columns. Email me if you need the exact hoop size breakdown for your machine, happy to pull up my notes. Tape a tearaway stabiliser on stable woven cotton or a medium cutaway on stretchy fabric. The density sits at 376 so the stitch coverage is comfortable on most jersey weights.
One customer ordered this back in april for a teacher end of term gift mug mat and said it hooped up perfectly at the 4 in piece on 12-ounce canvas. She sent me a photo, it looked sharp, all the little icons read clearly even at that scale. The coloured icon cluster really benefits from high-contrast backgrounds.
Stitch it on a white cotton tshirt, a teacher tote bag, a classroom door sign panel, or a fabric notebook cover. Pop it onto a cushion cover for a classroom reading nook. Use it on a hand towel for the teacher's desk. Pick white or cream fabric and those 5 colours will all stand out. Best results on plain woven cotton or canvas, skip busy prints.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
