Drew this tree of four seasons for a yoga-studio owner in vermont who wanted somethin that reads as a full year on one panel. Its a circular tree of life with the canopy split into four quadrants. Spring is the deep forest green section, autumn-gold sits next to it in golden orange, then a burnt red-orange fall slice, and finally a cream-sand dormancy slice for winter. A pink-coral trunk runs straight up the middle with knotty roots spreading underneath.

Each quadrant has its own leaf shape and texture, customising the directional stitching per quarter. Spring leaves are elongated ovals stitched on the diagonal, autumn-gold uses rounder leaflets with central veining, the fall section has clusters of small five-point leaves with tiny berry dots scattered through, and winter is sparser with cream leaves and small star accents. A thin running-stitch boundary line frames the whole canopy in a soft circle.

5 colours total. Two greens for spring, golden orange and warm orange for the two autumn shades, sand cream for winter, plus the soft coral on the central trunk. Density runs at 1071 stitches per inch squared, kinda keeps the leaf fills crisp without going stiff. Stitch counts begin 40,710 on the small end then climb to 75,208 at the biggest, with 9 sizes covering 4.38 inches tall through to 8.26 inches.

Hoop a medium 2.5oz cutaway underneath knits and woven cotton both, the dense fill quarters wont lay flat without backing. Pop in a 75/11 sharp tip so the leaf passes land sharp. Reads best on cream, sand, soft sage, or natural linen grounds, those let all four seasonal tones come through clear. Skip dark fabrics, the cream slice disapears against em and the balance breaks down.

Stitch onto pillow covers, throw blankets, canvas wall hangings, yoga tote bags, baby quilt centre panels, kitchen towels, and christmas gifts for a nature-loving auntie. Ya can hoop the smaller ones on tea towels too if youre customising a hostess set. Im honestly not sure why people havent done this on table runners more often, the round shape suits a centerpiece spot. One customer last spring hooped a 7-inch piece on a natural linen wall panel for her sisters housewarming, and the family-room feel kinda just worked. About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
