I made this one last october when a customer kept asking me for something that felt current, not the old-style gothic halloween fonts but something youd actually see on a trendy tee. Thats how this spooky season design came together. Its 3 colours: warm orange, deep black, and a light outline separating the two, all packed into 5,320 stitches at just 3.51 inches wide by 1.63 inches tall. Perfect for a left-chest placement on a tee or a tote.

The lettering switches between a bouncy casual script and wide block caps, which gives it alot of character without needing any extra artwork. And because the density sits at 144, you get crisp satin-fill edges on those block letters. Stitch it on a medium-weight cotton and you wont have any trouble, cutaway stabiliser underneath works best here since youre dealing with directional satin fills that want support through washing.

Use a topping on darker fabrics so the script doesnt sink. I had a customer stitch this on a black hoodie and she messaged me saying the orange really pops once you get the stabiliser right. Pop this on anything from trick-or-treat bags to market totes. Digitised in the software I use so the underlay is already built in for you. Holler if something doesnt look right when you load it up.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Left chest halloween tee embroideryHalloween tee left chest where the orange block letters on a black shirt were described by one customer as exactly what she wanted, current but not cartoonish.
  • Canvas tote trick-or-treat bagCanvas tote trick-or-treat bag, tearaway on 10 oz canvas keeps the natural canvas texture visible through the medium density script areas.
  • Halloween hoodie front panelHalloween hoodie front panel, the mixed script and block weight creates enough interest that the single three-colour composition carries the whole garment.
  • Fall throw pillow cover accentFall throw pillow on charcoal or cream fabric, the orange block lettering reads from across a sofa without needing a dark background.
  • Kids costume treat bag patchSeasonal apron chest for a fall baking or cooking event, the linen-cotton blend suits the three-colour palette and the phrase.
  • Seasonal apron chest embroideryHalloween party favour pouch, fits a 4x4 hoop so production runs are fast, orange or black thread on natural cotton works for any age group.
  • Halloween party favor pouchOxford shirt cuff for someone who wants the spooky season reference to be subtle, the 1.63 inch height fits a cuff band cleanly.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
