This unicorn is mid-gallop, front legs up off the ground, mane and tail streaming behind in full rainbow. Six stripes of colour run through the mane: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Tail matches. The body itself is plain white with a soft pink cheek blush and one big round blue eye.
Gold spiral horn sits between the ears with a single tiny gold star floating near the hooves. Hooves themselves outlined in black, no fill on them, so the rainbow does the heavy visual work. Honestly this is the most colourful unicorn i drew, eleven thread colours total including the white body and the small accents.
Stitch counts run from 13k on the smallest at 3.51 inches up to 30k on the largest at 7.51 inches. Density is steady, the rainbow stripes are done as satin columns side by side so the colours stay clean and dont bleed into each other.
Customers been ordering for kid stuff alot lately. Last week one customer stitched it on a daughters ballet bag and sent her snap, looked great. Multi colour means thread changes, theres 10 swaps on the bigger size or set up a multi needle if youve got one. Email me if anythings off in the colour list.
Best fabric is white cotton or pale knit so all six rainbow colours pop without competing. Skip dark fabric here, the yellow and orange basically dissapear on navy. Hoop tight, the gallop pose has thin legs and the line work needs a stable base. Cutaway stabiliser on tees, tearaway for woven.
