Two cute USA cats with balloons, both chunky and grey with thick black outlines and little pink blush circles on their cheeks. The left one is the patriot of the pair, wearing a red and white striped Uncle Sam hat with a tiny star band around the base and an american flag bandana tied around its neck. Its got one eye squinting in a happy expression which makes it look realy pleased with itself. The one on the right is going for a cooler look, big round sunglasses with alternating star and stripe panels in red and blue, plus a neat little red bow tie.

Three balloons float up behind them on strings you can barely see. The big dark blue one says USA in bold red lettering and has white stars scattered across it. The two flanking balloons are rounder and smaller, one all-red with a white star pattern, one dark blue with stars aswell. At the 7-inch size the balloon detail is realy visible and the whole scene looks almost like a window display piece.
