Heres the USA flag letters and the whole design is just three big block letters stacked up tall, U then S then A. Each letter is filled with the American flag pattern. Top portion of every letter shows the blue canton block with white stars, the bottom portion runs the red and white stripe pattern down through. Black outline frames each letter so the shapes stay crisp.

Its a tall design, narrow on the width side. Runs about 1.7 inches wide on the smallest hoop, 3.6 inches wide on the biggest, but the height stretches 3.5 inches top 7.5 size tall. Suprised at how readable the stars stay even at the small size. Tiny five-point stars sit in evenly spaced rows up in the navy field, clean little chunks of white.

Only four colours total which keeps thread changes easy. Navy, red, white and black. Stripes alternate inside the lower section of each letter using red bands separated by white bands, and a navy block sits along the top with the star pattern. Density is heavy at 1230 spi so this is a stitch-rich one even with the small colour count.

Stitch on white, cream or pale grey for the strongest pop. Pop the smaller hoop on a 4th of july tee, the medium on a backpack or tote panel and the biggest as a cushion or hoodie back placement. I get messages from baseball mums every june about this one, theyre stitching team spirit pieces for memorial day weekend games.

Density at 1230 spi is no joke. Use a heavy cutaway stabiliser on cotton tees, double up if youre running on jersey. Slow the machine on the stripe fills because the directional stitch can shift if you rush it. Skip patterned fabrics here, plain. Knock me on email if a satin run ends with thread shred.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
