Outline of the USA filled with stars and stripes. Real clean patriotic piece on white cotton. Continental map shape, the whole 48 states cut out as one outline, then the american flag sits inside the silhouette like a window. Blue stars canton tucked up in the corner where new england would be, then the red and white stripes run sideways through the centre and down across the southern states.
Stripes are flat satin fills, packed tight so the red doesnt bleed into the white between rows. Bunch of dense areas across the design, biggest sizes top out at 57,510 stitches. The white stripes use bobbin-friendly fills so its got less pulling on the longer rows. Black outline holds the map shape together, the whole thing reads from a distance like a classic 4th of july sign.
Pieced this one together last summer for a customer doing custom shirts for a small-town independence day parade. They went with the 4-inch wide size on white cotton tees and 50 of em sold out before lunchtime. Buyer told me afterward she ran the file on a singer machine and it stitched without a single thread break.
Best results come on natural osnaburg or sand twill. Lighter fabrics let the navy canton sing. Skip dark fabrics here aswell, ya white stripes wont show clean against a dark ground and ya cant fix that with thread choice. Run cutaway behind the design, the dense stripe fills will pucker on cheap tearaway every time.
Run the 3-inch on a baseball cap or a tote. Hoop tight, ease the rpm right back during the canton, the tight thread changes really stack up in there. Run the mid 4-in on flag day shirts and memorial day apparel. Drop the 7-inch on the denim shirt-jacket back as a statement piece.
Ping me on the contact form if the density gives ya hoop trouble and ill rework it leaner.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
