Two colours, one clean shape. Its the recognisable continental USA map outline filled solid red, with blue five-pointed stars scattered across the interior in a loose horizontal row. The stars are sized consistently and spaced out enough that the map stays readable underneath them. At the smallest size, 1.46 inches, theres just enough detail to hold the coast outlines without getting muddy. I ran test hoops this summer and it came out cleaner than I expected at that scale.

Six sizes from 1.46 inches up to 5.1 wide, stitch counts going from 3,425 at the smallest to 18,128 at full size. Just 2 colours total, red and blue. Density is 508 so its a lighter fill, good news because this one goes on alot of thin fabrics. Digitised in the software I use. Use tearaway stabiliser on regular cotton. One customer, a teacher, messaged about classroom flag-day banners and the 4-inch on cotton canvas worked perfectly. Cutaway works better on stretch than tearaway, message me if youre not sure which to use for your base.

Add a light topping on pique polo fabric or any raised texture so the map edge stitches dont sink. Skip the dense underlay pass on the body fill, the 508 density already accounts for single-layer placement on mid-weight woven. The star shapes use a simple satin column fill, keep your machine speed moderate through those if you want clean points.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
