The whole concept here is in the fill. USA is set in bold block letters but instead of a solid thread fill inside the letters, each one carries a stars and stripes texture, like the American flag is printed inside the shapes. There's also a worn, slightly distressed quality to the texture fill which gives it that lived-in patriotic feel rather than looking fresh off a government building. Its the kind of design that looks like it belongs on a vintage tee from a July 4th years ago.

No dimensions listed but block letter USA at this style works best at 3.5 to 4.5 inches across to keep the internal texture readable. The fill density accounts for the stars within the letters so dont drop your spi or the flag detail inside will lose definition. Tearaway works on woven cotton or denim, cutaway on any stretch fabric. Hoop tightly and run the fill sections at medium speed so the texture layers register correctly.

This kind of lettering design works on basically anything patriotic. Tees, hats, tote bags, stadium cups with fabric wraps, whatever. A customer put it on the front of a sweatshirt in distressed grey thread and it looked like a vintage piece, really well done. Also a strong choice for patriotic product labels or hang tags if you stitch them on fabric.

Text me a chat note if the texture inside the letters is stitching flat and Ill sort it out fast.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
