Three letters, big and chunky. The U, S, and A sit side by side in thick block caps and each letter carries its own fill pattern so the whole word reads as a flag without actually being a flag shape. Small five-pointed stars scatter in the space around the letters as accent pieces.

Three colours: navy, red and white, each letter gets one and the stars pick up white. Its a clean 3-colour count but the fills inside each letter are dense, which is why the stitch numbers run high. Smallest at 4 inches wide is 17,446 stitches, the 8 inch top size hits 39,055. Five sizes from 4 to 8 inches.

I get messages from people in July suprised at how bold it reads on a shirt. The letterforms are thick enough that the internal fill stays readable even at the 4-inch detail, which isnt always the case with typography fills like this.

Run this on white, cream or natural linen and the navy and red really pop. Avoid dark backgrounds if you want the white accent stars to read, they disappear on anything darker than a mid-grey.

Bold text fill at this density needs a cutaway stabiliser on any base. Keep the fabric taut in the hoop. Good result every time. Dm me if anything looks off with the file and Ill send a clean copy right away.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
