A boho rainbow, but all the colours are valentines. Five thick arching bands from the outside in: muted mauve, warm blush, hot pink, soft peach, then a deep burnt orange at the centre. Dark outlines separate each band so they pop cleanly. Wide and solid, no wispy edges, just confident block-filled arches. Small hearts in those same tones drift around the outside, not lined up, just scattered. Its a colour palette thats hard to resist.

7 colors, highest count of any design in this range, and the density is 911 which is on the high end. At 7.5 inches wide it reaches 37,387 stitches, use a firm cutaway on cotton jersey or stretch fabrics, or a medium-weight tearaway on stable woven linen or canvas. Smallest is 12,869 stitches at 3.5 inches. I wouldnt go below 4 inches for the first run, the band separations get tighter and you want clean registration on the colour boundaries.

What customers go crazy for is the palette. Not a typical Valentines red-and-pink, that warm earthy tone combination works in a modern boho nursery, on a girls bedroom pillow, on a tote bag that stays out all year. Stitch it on a sweatshirt for a girl aged 5-12 at 4-5 inches. Use it on quilting blocks and white cotton fabric squares. Put the large size on a canvas wall hanging. Pop it on a seasonal tote for a Valentine craft market. One customer made a whole quilt runner with 4 sizes staggered and posted the result, it looked like something from a shop and I dont think she was exaggerating.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Kids and girls sweatshirts for Valentine's Day5-6 inches on a girls sweatshirt, wide arch centers naturally on the chest, warm tones work on cream, blush, or grey.
  • Boho nursery wall hangings and canvas panelsStretched canvas at 7.5 inches fills the panel; mount on a 9 inch hoop frame for nursery wall art.
  • Tote bags for Valentine's craft markets and seasonal shopsTote bags at 5 inches, dense fill holds shape through handling and the horizontal arch suits bag faces naturally.
  • Quilting blocks and table runners in warm tonesQuilting: 3.5 and 5 inch sizes staggered onto white cotton squares assemble into a table runner.
  • Pillow covers for a boho kids bedroom year-roundFirm linen or canvas pillows hold up well, the dense fill at 911 adds satisfying weight to the finished cushion.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
