Yellow cartoon duck standing there holding an umbrella like its seen everything life has to offer and genuinely doesnt mind. The duck body is solid satin fill in warm yellow, orange bill, eyes that look like they know something. The umbrella sits open above and the quote text wraps below in clean block lettering. Six colours total including the duck, the brolly, the text, and some outline and shadow work that keeps the cartoon from looking flat. Its got a real personality to it.
Stitch counts go from 22k at the small end to nearly 51k at 7.5 inches, so thats a proper chunk of thread. The duck gets decent detail in the larger sizes, you can see individual feather shaping in the satin fill. Text is clean and readable at all sizes. Density runs at 962 which is moderate, so on standard cotton you wont get puckering if youve hooped it properly with cutaway underneath. Dont skip the stabiliser on this one.
Text me if anything goes sideways with the download, Ive got you covered. I made this because honestly my favourite kind of design is a funny one, and a duck with an umbrella is just genuinely funny every time. Last week a customer said she stitched this onto a tote for her best friend going through a rough patch and her friend cried abit. In a good way. Thats the kind of message I live for.
Use a white or pale grey sweatshirt and the yellow duck pops perfectly. Try pale blue denim or cream canvas for a softer look. Hoop firmly on cutaway stabiliser, the heavy stitch count needs a stable base. Avoid dark fabric unless youre happy changing the text thread to white, which works but takes more planning. Skip stretchy jersey without a proper stabiliser and topping combination.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
