A proper detailed honey bee garden bug sat on top of a wildflower cluster, the two wings stretch out symmetrically and that fuzzy orange-black striped body fills with directional satin runs and the stripes actually pop. Cream tan wings show their veins in black outline. Below the bug runs a wreath-style cluster of mixed garden flowers, big yellow daisies, magenta pinks, aqua bloom shapes, dusty pinks too. Sage green nature leaves and tiny coral buds peek thru the gaps.
Twelve total colours and honestly its alot for one design. Stop sequence opens with soft pinks for the underbloom layer, drops in dark green leaf shapes, then cream wing fill, aqua blooms, magenta tulips, then heavy black on stripes antennae and wing veins. Yellow daisy fills come next, orange handles the abdomen and centre highlights, dusty pink for filler petals, brown for flower centres, finishing on plum tones. Density at 1168 in professional digitising software keeps those long satin column stripes from puckering on softer cottons.
Five sizes ranging 3.5 inch (23,978 stitches) through 4.5 inch (31,031 stitches), then 5.5 inch (38,749 stitches), 6.5 inch (47,032 stitches), and the big seven-and-a-half inch at 55,878 stitches. The 7.5 is hefty so Id hoop a medium cutaway with poly mesh topping on towels or plush fleece. Skip dark navy threads under a light blueish bee body, the underlay shows thru when its dense. And go slow on every thread swap.
I made the bigger 7.5 dimension after a buyer messaged me last april asking for a tote bag version, she wanted it palm-sized for the chest pocket of her garden apron. So I rebuilt the file with more underlay support for the body. Drop the 5.5 size onto a flax linen tea towel or canvas tote and youll see the wreath fills the panel nicely. Im fond of how the floral wreath reads up close. Pair with a family monogram embroidered just underneath for a beekeeper gift.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
