And its not just the hat, thats the first thing to notice. The whole scene is going on. Theres a big tilted witch hat dead centre, that classic pointy silhouette with the wide floppy brim, and the orange band at the base gives it that proper Halloween palette. But then around it youve got 3 candy corns dangling off a little string, a solid star at the top, an asterisk-style snowflake burst, and a tiny spider hanging from a thin thread on the right side. Busy in a good way, like a proper October greeting card.

The hat itself runs in dense black satin stitch with directional fills that follow the cone shape, so it catches the light a bit differently top to bottom. That underlay is solid, the hat doesnt shift or bunch on the machine. Orange covers the brim band cleanly and the white dot details on the hat surface sit sharp against the black. Add this to anything flat-woven and it comes out looking polished even at 2 inch where detail normally gets muddy.

5 sizes from 2 inch up to 6 inch, so youre covered for small pocket logos up to proper chest or tote bag placements. One customer who does Halloween market stalls wanted the 4-inch size for a set of seasonal gift bags and said the candy corn held its detail without any thread blobs at the tips, which I was glad to hear because those tiny triangles are fiddly at scale.

Hoop a medium-weight cutaway stabiliser on any woven fabric. Use tear-away on sturdy canvas or felt. Skip stretch fabric because the filled hat body wont sit flat without proper topping. Holler if theres a problem with your download and Im on it same day.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
