I made this one specifically for people who want a cleaner, more type-forward halloween design rather than a full illustrated graphic. Its 3.51 inches wide but only 1.86 inches tall, thats important, it sits in that slim horizontal band that works perfectly as a pocket square, a cuff detail, or across the yoke of a tote bag. Four thousand, five hundred and thirty-six stitches across 3 colours, digitised at density 108 in my main software.
Density 108 is on the lighter end, which I chose deliberately for the lettering sections, satin columns at higher density on small text can get a bit stiff and show the slight wobble in home machine feeds. Light density means the letters stay smooth and the orange accent lines stay sharp. Run light cutaway under any woven or knit fabric you plan to wash regularly. Tear-away works on stiff canvas for items that wont get washed often, like a displayed wall piece or a decorative cushion. The hat uses a simple satin fill, no underlay drama needed at this scale, but do hoop tightly so the brim stitches land flat.
This is one of those designs I wouldnt have thought would be so popular, but I keep getting orders for it every october. People text me photos of it on autumn market tote bags, on kids classroom backpacks, on halloween party favour pouches, on the brim of an actual witch hat. Stitch it in the standard black-orange-purple combo or try all-black thread on a natural linen for a more restrained autumn look. Use medium-tack spray adhesive if your hoop cant grip the fabric edge-to-edge, the wide format needs even tension across the full 3.51 inches. Text me if your download doesnt arrive and Ill resend it directly.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Halloween tote bag yoke bannerTote bag yoke for an autumn market bag, the slim horizontal sits above the bag body like a printed label stripe.
- Pocket detail on halloween shirtOxford shirt breast pocket, the 1.86-inch height clears the pocket opening neatly and reads well in professional environments.
- Actual witch costume hat brimActual witch costume hat brim, which is the most literal use possible and also genuinely impressive when pulled off cleanly.
- Kids backpack halloween patchHalloween party favour pouch for a kids classroom, the wide format fills a small pouch front without needing resizing.
- Halloween party favour pouch frontSatin label strip inside a handmade halloween costume, the landscape format works as a maker's tag inside the collar area.
- Autumn market canvas bag graphicLeather diary cover for someone who does a halloween bullet journal setup every october, all-black thread on tan leather is striking.
- Halloween cuff detail on sleeveBeanie cuff for a halloween-adjacent autumn accessory, the slim 1.86-inch height sits in the ribbed cuff zone without crowding.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
