A round orange pumpkin wearing a proper witch hat, the tall kind with the curved point at the top. The hat sits tilted on the pumpkin, which gives the whole thing a lil bit of character, like it just grabbed the hat last minute. The witch hat has an orange band around the brim with a small white square buckle detail. The pumpkin face is carved with triangular eyes and a simple smile. Four colours: orange for the orange sections, black for the hat, tan-gold for the ridge highlights, and white for the buckle accent.

I digitised this carefully because two-element stacked designs can get messy if the stitching order isnt right. The orange fill lays down first, then the hat sections register on top so they dont float or misalign. Dense satin fill throughout, density at 716, largest size is 6.51 x 5.68 inches and runs 26,487 stitches. Comes in 5 sizes down to 2.51 inches for smaller hoops. Use cutaway stabiliser for all but the smallest hoop.

People who do halloween kids clothing love this one because it reads like a character rather than just a pumpkin. My customers have been using this on kids sweatshirts and cotton totes since last spring when I added it to my range. Stitch it on cream, navy, or black cotton for the best colour payoff on the orange.

Pair it with a matching spider web or broomstick design on the same garment for a full halloween set. The 4 inch version fits a standard 4x4 hoop and thats where most people start.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
