Its a grill top with two horizontal bars forming a split-name frame, and rising up through the middle you've got a lil bunch of red fire flames. On the left a flat spatula leans across and on the right a sharp barbecue fork mirrors it. 2 colours total: black for the grill frame and tools, red for the flames. The whole thing has a badge or crest feel to it, very much a dad-coding-the-grill vibe. I really like how the red fire pops against the black because the contrast is instant without needing anything fancy.
I built this out in embroidery software with a density of 381, which is on the lighter end for grill designs and keeps it from going stiff on thicker fabrics like denim. Theres 5 sizes: the small 3.51-inch version runs around 7,472 stitches and the large 7.51-inch one hits 20,084. Pair medium cutaway under if you're putting this on canvas or cotton canvas bags. On stretchy jersey or fleece ya definitely want tearaway plus a topping to stop the stitches sinking in.
Drop it into the monogram frame with a name or initials and you've got a personalised bbq apron that actually looks custom rather than generic. One customer told me last summer he ordered nine of these for a block party grill-off and had each one personalised with a different nickname. Dont sleep on the name-in-frame potential here, its the whole point of the split bar design.
Try it on black cotton aprons, navy denim shirts, or canvas tote bags. Works on grey fleece zip-ups too. Pair with chunky white or cream thread to make the flames really pop on darker fabrics. Ping me a note if any colour needs adjusting and Ill sort it.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
