Pulled this one together as a full summer scene in a single bag. Theres a wicker tote right at the centre, stitched with a close crosshatch fill that actually reads like basket weave at 3 inches. A tall palm frond fans out from the left side, its spine done in a narrow satin column with individual leaflet bars branching off. Blue mirrored sunglasses sit propped against the front of the bag, the lens fill uses a directional gradient satin to hint at reflection. A red-and-white striped rolled towel is tucked in the middle, and a straw sun hat leans casually against the right handle, the brim stitched in curved tatami rows with a small green ribbon band.
A lot going on, but it reads cleanly because each item has its own colour zone. 11 colours total, no blending required if you thread-match from the colour chart. Density sits at 1,208 stitches per square inch, so youre going to want a medium-weight cutaway stabiliser underneath and a light topping on any textured fabric. Smallest size is 3.26 by 3.51 inches at around 25k stitches. Biggest goes to 6.97 by 7.51 at 63k, which is a big stitch-out so budget about 40 minutes on a single-needle machine.
A customer grabbed this last June for a canvas tote she was bringing to a friends bachelorette at the beach. Stitched the large version on natural canvas and said it looked like something youd buy in a boutique gift shop. Thats exactly the vibe this design goes for.
Best on natural canvas, linen, heavy cotton drill, or denim. Avoid knit or stretchy fabric, too much give and the wicker weave detail pulls. Use a tear-away for canvas, cutaway for anything that stretches even slightly. Hoop tight, dont float it.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
