Heres the bunny and butterfly design, properly storybook-soft. The bunny sits upright on a patch of fresh green grass with one ear flopping forward and the other up tall. Shes tilted her head up to look at the small pink butterfly fluttering just above her. Theres a single pink flower tucked behind her ear and the lightest pinky blush on her cheeks.
The whole thing is done in that watercoloured style, soft shading rather than flat fills, with sketchy hand-drawn lines layered over the top so it reads like a storybook illustration. Body is warm beige with cream highlights, inner ears are blushy pink, grass blades sit in two greens for depth.
Last easter a customer made matching tea towels for her grandma using the medium size, she sent me a photo with both of them holding the towels and it was honestly the best message I got all spring. I keep getting orders for easter brunch sets and baby shower gifts.
5 sizes from 3.48 inches up to 7.46 inches wide. The smaller size fits a baby bib or onesie chest, the largest goes great centred on a tote face, pillow front or cot blanket corner.
15 colours so theres a fair few thread swaps but the shading is what makes the bunny look real, dont skip any layers if you can help it. Stitch on cotton, linen, soft cotton-jersey or a brushed flannel. Use a cutaway stabiliser, the dense face section needs proper support. Hoop tight so the grass blades dont skew. Send a quick note if a file refuses to open and ill rebuild and send.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Girls jacket back panelGirls jacket back panel at 6 inches, firm cutaway across the full hoop is not optional at density 135 on a lined jacket.
- Spring tote bag centre stitchSpring tote front panel at 5 inches, the tangerine butterfly wing against the cream bunny reads as a proper statement composition.
- Kids t-shirt chest designKids t-shirt chest at 4 inches, even woven cotton needs firm cutaway at this density so dont skip the backing.
- Baby blanket corner motifNursery cushion front at the large size on cotton canvas, stitch before stuffing the insert so the hoop access stays clean.
- Nursery cushion front panelCanvas backpack front panel at 5.5 inches, hoop the bag flat with cutaway locked in before starting the 15-colour sequence.
- Onesie centre chest placementOnesie centre chest at 4 inches, slow machine speed through the butterfly sections helps the fine black veins register cleanly.
- Canvas backpack front panelBaby blanket corner at 4 inches on fleece, water-soluble topping over the butterfly wing area keeps the orange satin from sinking.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
