Look, alot of cat designs out there go for the super realistic painted look and honestly thats not what i was after with this one. I drew this kitten face round and chunky, big green eyes that take up half the face, a tiny pink heart nose, and small ears poking up at the top. Its got that pyjama doodle feel.
Grey tabby markings sit on top of a lighter grey base fur. The stripes are short directional satin runs so the cheeks and forehead get that brushed fur texture rather than a flat colour block. Pink inner ears and a sweet little mouth round it off. Three colours total which keeps thread swaps fast.
Alot of customers been ordering this for kid shirts last winter when the school cat-themed pyjama day came round. It also works as a name badge style piece for cat lovers because the round face shape sits nicely under or beside a name in script.
Comes in 5 sizes, the smallest at 1.49 inches works on a baby bib pocket or a tiny chest patch. The biggest at 3.2 inches lands well on a tote front or a sweatshirt cuff. Stitch count stays modest, biggest size is around 4k stitches so the machine wont take forever.
Back any tee or knit with cutaway stabiliser, pop tearaway under woven canvas. Skip slippery satin fabric here because the directional fur stitching needs a stable base or you get pulling at the edges. Holler if the file fails to load and ill rebuild it.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
