actually a go-to design for anyone doing kitchen-themed gifts or restaurant uniforms. Single colour, clean satin on the toque crown, outline detailing on the pleated band, and it kinda just works at any size you throw at it. Stitch count is 6,599 at 3.51 inches and goes up to 17,946 at 7.51 inches. The density of 379 is on the lighter side which means it sits flat and soft on aprons and kitchen towels without making the fabric stiff.
Theres no colour changes, just a single thread run from start to finish. Thats what makes it genuinely quick to stitch, maybe five to ten minutes for a 4-in size on a decent machine. I sold a batch of these last february to a catering college in town and one customer from that order messaged me saying her students used it for their practical project aprons and it came out perfectly on the first try. The digitising was about getting satin angles right on the toque so it reads as three-dimensional rather than flat. Customising thread colour is where you get creative, white on white with a subtle sheen thread is a nice touch on chef aprons, dark navy on cream linen works well aswell.
On a cotton apron or kitchen towel, tearaway stabiliser is fine. On a fleece or terry towel use cutaway and add a topping so the satin stitches dont disappear into the pile. Use the 3.51 inch for a small pocket, 5 inch for an apron chest, 7 inch for a large tote front. Stitch it in gold thread on a white apron for a bistro aesthetic thats actually quite elegant. Pair it with a restaurant name or a simple text block beneath for a custom catering look. Dont sleep on the dark-on-light combos, theyre consistently what my kitchen customers come back for.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
