A simple wreath done all in outline stitching, no fill areas, just running stitch lines that trace out the pine branches and pine cones. The branches have long thin needles fanning off them, which is what makes this look like actual pine rather than a generic leaf wreath. Pine cones with crosshatch texture sit in clusters around the ring, and small round berries on short stems fill in the gaps between branch sections. Stitch it on white cotton or natural linen and the dark green reads clean and flat, theres no shadow or puckering from heavy fill.
The stitch count is lower than most wreaths this size, around 6,600 at the smallest, spans up through 7.5 inches for the 11,200-stitch run. Hoop it on a light tear-away stabiliser and go. The outline-only construction means even cotton lawn handles this without distorting. Smaller sizes take maybe 15-20 minutes depending on machine speed, so its a quick finish on a saturday afternoon if youre making a batch of holiday gifts.
Theres no bow, ribbon or ornaments built in. Just the wreath itself, which gives you options. People have been adding their own ribbon after stitching, looping real velvet ribbon through the centre, and it looks like it was always part of the design. Others add a small wooden button at the base. Or leave it plain if thats more your style. I know not everyones after a busy christmas design and this one sits at the quiet end of the range.
5 sizes in the download. Use the chest-size 3.5 for napkins and gift tags. Go 7.5 wide reach for wall hoop art or centred on a large pillow. Skip the cut-away stabiliser on this one unless youre on fleece, tear-away is fine for cotton and linen. Text me if you run into any trouble with the download and Ill make it work quick.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
