Pulled this together after alot of requests for something that mixed the cozy coffee shop vibe with christmas. The bear is round and chubby, sitting down with both paws wrapped around a red holiday cup, the kind you see in every cafe window come December. Theres a tiny Christmas tree on the cup, a big fluffy Santa hat on his head, and a green-and-red plaid scarf bundled around his neck. Eight colours total: orange and brown for the bear body, red and dark red for the hat and cup, green for the scarf, plus white, pink, and black for the finishing details and outlines.
Plotted in industry tools. The satin columns around the scarf fringe come out clean at every size, and the directional fill on the bear fur doesnt flatten out even on the smaller hoop. Density sits at 1,845 stitches per square inch, so it holds shape on a cream-coloured fleece without needing topping. Skip lightweight tearaway on this one, it wont give enough support for the larger sizes. Use a medium-density cutaway stabiliser and youll be set. Five sizes from 3.51 x 3.49 inches up to 7.51 x 7.46 inches, stitch range 38,930 to 103,379.
And this one photographs really well too, which matters for gifting items. One customer sent me a photo of the large size hooped on a cream sherpa blanket and it looked like something youd buy in a proper gift shop. The underlay layers need something firm to register cleanly, so dont rush the stabiliser choice on the bigger sizes. Add light topping on any textured fleece surface and the outlines stay crisp.
Use cases below are what people actually order this for, mostly gifting items and seasonal stock for small shop owners. Hit me up if anything looks off with your file.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
