Stitched out this crowned skull because alot of customers wanted a gothic piece that worked on hoodies year round, not just halloween. its a classic front facing skull with a tall royal crown sat right on top. Big round empty eye sockets, triangular nose hole, a neat row of teeth running clean across the bottom.
The crown itself does the heavy lifting. Five tall gold points rising up, a thick band round the base with red and blue jewel insets evenly spaced, gold trim picked out in bright satin. The bone white skull paired against that royal headpiece reads dramatic on any dark fabric.
Skull fill is ivory with a soft grey shadow along the cheekbone and under the brow, which gives the face some structure rather than flat white. Bold black outline runs all the way round, so it stays readable from across a room. last december one customer ordered four of these on black hoodies for her partners metal band, and they looked sharp from the stage photos she sent.
Comes in 5 sizes from 2.28 inches wide right up to 4.86 inches wide, all in portrait orientation to fit the tall crown. Stitch count goes from 19,165 to 47,577 for the largest piece. Nine colour changes total which isnt too bad for a multi colour piece.
Best fabric here is black charcoal or deep navy cotton, where the gold trim pops hardest. Skip white tees, the skull just disappears. Cutaway works on tee fabric fabric, since the dense fills round the headpiece need solid backing or theyll pucker.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
