I made this one last october when I kept getting requests for a simple fall lettering piece that wasnt covered in leaves and acorns. Heres the thing, most 'Hello Fall' designs out there are alot more decorative, and thats actually the point. Just the text, done nicely, with 2 thread colours and a density of 72 so it sits clean on medium-weight fabrics without pulling or puckering.
The digitising on this was done in Wilcom, and I spent abit of time on the underlay because script lettering at smaller sizes can go wrong fast if the satin columns dont have proper support. running at 3.5 size you're looking at 9,159 stitches, very manageable. And at the full 7.49 inch run it scales up to 23,236 stitches. So theres five sizes to work with, which is more than most single-text designs come with.
Stitch this on a cutaway stabiliser if youre putting it on stretchy fabric, jersey, fleece, anything that moves. For a flat linen or canvas, a tearaway works fine. Run your bobbin tension a touch looser than normal for the larger size so the satin doesnt create that stiff board feeling. But honestly this design is pretty forgiving. I had a customer order the 5-inch version for a cotton tote and she said it came out exactly how she hoped on the first hoop.
Pair it with a neutral thread colour if youre unsure, warm beige on a cream fabric, rust on a tan, that sort of thing. And keep the backing simple so the lettering stays the star. Holler if the download gives you trouble and I'll get it sorted fast.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
