Messy bun girl -- just the hair and a hint of face, heavy lashes and strong brows cropped right at the chin, everything else is that big loose bun piled on top with strands going everywhere. Single colour black, no fill areas, all linework and hatching. The stitch count is 7,679 at the 3.29-inch size and 19,782 at the largest 7.05-inch size, so this is a lighter stitch density than most portrait designs and it stitches fast.
Skip dark fabrics on this one -- solid black on black cotton wont read at all. Use it on white or natural denim, grey sweatshirt fleece, or cream canvas for the best contrast. Hoop with a tearaway stabiliser on stable wovens; swap to a cutaway if youre putting it on a stretchy tee or jersey. Pop it on a cap front panel at 3.29 inches and it fits cleanly within the embroidery area. Stitch it on a tote bag at 5 or 6 inches for a fashion-forward look that honestly doesnt look machine-made once its off the hoop. I had someone buy this last year specifically for a salon branded tote run -- they wanted something that felt more like a logo than clip art, and this one does that.
The directional linework in the hair is what makes it look so good. Keep your needle sharp -- the hatching is dense in the bun area and a dull needle will skip. Nine sizes total.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
