Sketched a cute fairy girl with wings, a proper chibi sweetheart. Short red bob hair, big dark eyes, peach skin and a tiny pink smile. Floaty blue petal dress with the hem done in pointed petal shapes. Soft pale blue wings stretched out behind her, see-through and feathery. Around her float a small bunch of butter yellow stars at different sizes. Seventeen colours total, lots of soft tonal blends.

Wings are stitched with a light directional fill so they read as soft and translucent instead of solid satin patches. Her hair has those layered ginger reds laid in proper hair-direction stitches so the bob has shape and movement. The petal dress uses three blue tones blended into the satin column at the bodice and again on each pointed petal at the hem. Stars are tiny satin diamonds scattered loosely so they look like theyre actually floating, not stamped in a pattern.

I drew this for nursery decor, kids party gear and small girls clothing customising. The dinkiest stitch sits at 3.02 by 3.5 inches and the largest pushes to 6.47 by 7.49, so she fits a baby onesie pocket up to a full toddler tee front. A customer ordered the 3-inch version last spring for her nieces 4th birthday party, stitched on cream cotton drawstring favour bags filled with little fairy wands and stickers. Her sister sent over the photos and the kids loved em.

Best results come on soft cotton, fine jersey or a butter linen weave. Pale cream, soft mint, dusty pink or pale lavender backgrounds let the blue dress and yellow stars sing properly. Skip dark fabric, the soft wings wont read against navy or charcoal. Avoid stretchy spandex, the directional hair stitches will distort.

Density runs around 703 spi with 34k on the biggest size, mid-range. Try a no-show mesh stabiliser, hoop firmly and lay a wash-away topper if youre stitching on jersey so the wing detail dont vanish. Pair the small size with simple star fills only if your machine can handle the trims. Send a quick message if the wing line breaks and Ill rebuild the file.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
