Honestly my favourite thing about this one is how the scrollwork pulls it together. Five roses in a V, petals built up in directional satin layers so theres actual depth to each bloom, white centres catching the light, and those curling white tendrils sweeping up at the corners like something off an old botanical print. Thats what I spent the most time on digitising, getting the spiral vines to lie flat without puckering. Dense at the core, lighter toward the tips, and it really does read like a proper collar when its hooped correctly.
A seamstress I know ordered this for a linen blouse she was making last week, and the photo she sent back was gorgeous. The 7.5 inch version across a V-neckline on cream linen is exactly what its built for. On cotton twill or a woven canvas tote it stitches out beautifully too, around 19,000 stitches at the larger sizes so you dont want to skip the cutaway stabiliser. For denim, use a tearaway underneath and hoop it tight. The density sits at about 449 stitches per square centimetre, which gives those roses a solid satin look without turning stiff.
Stitch the smallest 3.5 inch version on a collar patch and it reads clear even at that scale. Pop it centred on a bag or along a neckline, just make sure youve got a stabiliser that matches the fabric weight. Cut your jump stitches clean after each colour section and the finish is neat. Use a topping sheet if your fabric has any pile or texture at all, its worth the extra minute of prep.

What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Blouse necklineHonestly my favourite spot for this one is a V-neck blouse in cream linen, it just sits perfectly.
- Canvas tote bagCanvas totes take the 5 inch placement well, very clean stitch-out on that weave.
- Denim jacket collarPair it across a denim jacket collar for a contrast that actually works without looking overdone.
- Linen table runnerA linen table runner with this centred lengthwise looks genuinely lovely for a garden dinner.
- Cotton pillowcase borderPlace it along the top edge of a cotton pillowcase, the rose cluster faces inward toward the pillow.
- Baby dress yokeBaby dress yokes are ideal for the 3.5 inch version, fits the chest panel without crowding the buttons.
- Quilt block centrepieceQuilters have been picking this up for applique block centres, easy to frame with a simple border.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
