Four cute cartoon bees scattered in warm orange and black, not in a row or anything neat, just kind of spread diagonally like they've been thrown mid-flight. Each bee has that rounded kawaii body shape, big sectioned wings fanning out on both sides, thick stripe bands and these little curly antennae at the top. Between the bees theres a small dashed heart outline, so the whole group kind of orbits it without it being the main focus.
Two colours. The orange fills the body segments and the rounded wing panels, the black does all the outlines and stripes. Its bold enough to land well on darker fabrics too, especially with the heavy outlines. On lighter ground the orange really pops. I've seen this look great on coral and on sage green fabric, and a customer told me last month she used it on a yellow tshirt for her daughter and it turned out really well.
Nine colour stops total which sounds like a lot for two colours but the machine alternates between orange fill sections and black detail sections for each bee, its just the natural way this gets digitised. Drop me a message if the stop sequence confuses your machine and ill walk you through the threading order.
Six sizes, the smallest just over 3 inches wide, the largest at 8 inches, so it scales from a pocket to a full tote front. Use heavy tearaway on cotton and quilting fabric. Keep a medium density topping on any textured surface like fleece or towelling. Pop it on a light background for the most impact.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Spring kids clothing like sweatshirts or teesCentred on a kids sweatshirt or hoodie it makes a bright spring top that works from about age 3 through primary school.
- Tote bag or grocery bag front panelThe 7 or 8 inch version fills a natural canvas tote front nicely and the orange stands out against undyed fabric.
- Garden party table linenA medium size on a cloth napkin or tea towel set makes a garden party table feel intentional without being fussy.
- Bee-themed baby shower giftsOn a muslin swaddle or a onesie it works as a sweet bee-themed baby shower gift, especially for gender neutral gifting.
- Bookbag or pencil case for kidsSmall sizes on a canvas pencil case or the front panel of a kids backpack are easy after-school projects.
- Pillowcase for a nursery or kids roomStitched onto a cotton pillowcase it brings some colour into a nursery without needing a full themed set.
- Tea towel sets as housewarming giftsA pair of matching tea towels with this design on each makes a solid housewarming or new home gift.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
