Its a wreath built entirely from leaves, no flowers, no berries, just foliage arranged in a full circle with the individual leaf shapes varying enough in size and angle that it doesnt look repetitive. That empty middle is deliberate, theres enough negative space that you can drop a monogram or a date in later if you want, or leave it clean. Single colour means you dont spend ten minutes swapping threads, you just load your gold and go.

Low stitch count across all 6 sizes, 2,390 on the smallest at 2 inches up to 8,742 on the 7-inch version, so this stitches out fast and the density of 215 is light enough that the fabric doesnt stiffen at all. I digitised the outline leaves with a tight satin column so the edges hold sharp even on linen which can be fussy about fine details. A standard medium-weight tearaway stabiliser is all you need on most fabrics. Email me if youre unsure which size suits your project and Ill help you pick. One customer wrote to me last autumn after she used the 2-inch version as a repeated motif on a table runner, spaced them evenly across the cloth, said it looked like something from a fancy home goods shop.

Use a warm gold thread like a 40-weight rayon on natural linen for the most classic result. Stitch the 4 or 5-inch size on a napkin corner or a cotton pillowcase. Add a monogram inside using a simple block letter in the same or contrasting thread. Pair with medium tearaway on all woven fabrics. Pick the 7-inch version as a standalone framed hoop piece. Email me if anything looks off post-download and Ill sort it.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Monogram base for personalised giftsOpen centre for a monogram or date added in a simple block satin letter as a personalised gift piece.
  • Table runner botanical motif repeatTable runner with the 2-inch version repeated at even intervals, a customer said it looked boutique quality when done on linen.
  • Napkin and linen corner accentDecorative napkin corner at the 3-inch size, subtle and elegant without taking over on cream linen.
  • Framed wall hoop botanical artCanvas sneaker side panel at the smallest size in warm gold, the botanical wreath is unexpected in that context and works.
  • Autumn or harvest seasonal home decorFramed in a round hoop on natural linen as affordable wall art for a new home or autumn mantle display.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
