Best results on plain cotton tee, linen blouse, canvas tote, fleece sweatshirt. Skip dense woven fabric or anything with surface texture, the lil butterflies need a clean ground to read. Use 40wt rayon thread for sheen, or matte poly for a flatter line. Pop a tearaway stabiliser under the hoop and a layer of mesh topping on knit fabric so the wings dont sink into the weave.
