The bear is sitting cross-legged and kinda hunched forward with both arms wrapped around a big round honey pot, like its the most precious thing he owns. He's got that simple rounded cartoon face, small dot eyes, a button nose, and a lil smile that doesnt try too hard. Up near his left shoulder theres a tiny bee hovering, wings out, kinda just checking what the bears doing. White daisy flowers sit around the base of the design, maybe 5 or 6 of em, giving the whole thing a meadow-morning feel.
Four colours total and only 4 colour changes in the stop sequence, which honestly makes this one really manageable to stitch out. White for the body base and daisies, warm grey for the shading on the bear, amber gold for the honey pot, and black for all the outlining. Wilcom EmbroideryStudio digitised the shading on the bears body using directional stitching that follows the curve of his belly, so the grey tone reads as proper roundness instead of a flat patch.
I been making woodland nursery designs for a good while and this one realy realy connects with a specific customer, the kind who runs small handmade honey farms or market stalls with a cottage-y aesthetic. A honey farmer in kent messaged me last spring saying she stitches this on her market aprons and people stop just to ask about it. Stitch count is very sensible too, 13k on the smallest 3.51-inch right up to 27k on the 7.51-inch, so nothing excessive here.
Best results on cream, oatmeal or soft sage cotton where that golden amber pot and the white bear body both pop. Use a tearaway stabiliser on woven cotton, switch to cutaway if youre customising something stretchy like a baby bodysuit. Pair the small size on a bib or an apron pocket, put the big size centred on a cushion cover or a canvas shopping bag. Send me a message if the file throws any errors on your machine and Ill rebuild it clean.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Woodland nursery cushion coversStitch the large 7.51-inch on a cream cushion cover and use it as the centrepiece of a woodland-themed nursery setup.
- Honey farm market apronsUse the 4-inch size on a linen apron for honey farm market stalls, the amber honey pot colour really catches the eye.
- Toddler bib and onesie setsEmbroider the 3.51-inch on a soft white onesie for a baby shower gift, add a name below in chain stitch for a personal touch.
- Kids birthday tees with bear themePop the 5-inch on a pale yellow cotton tee for a woodland birthday party outfit, looks hand-made in the best way.
- Forest school kit bagsStitch on a canvas drawstring bag for forest school or outdoor play kits, the earthy palette fits the vibe perfectly.
- Farmers market canvas totesRun the medium size on a natural canvas tote for a farmers market bag, especially good for honey stalls or farm shops.
- Baby shower gift bundlesAdd to a set of cream cotton items as part of a newborn bundle, stitch count is low enough to run a batch quickly.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
