Hoop with a heavy cutaway, no exceptions, because the dual rim creates a structural ring that needs solid support underneath or the centre script can drift on stretchy blanks.

I sold one of these to a customer in Texas last june who hooped the 6 inch onto the back of a black church-group jacket for their annual Juneteenth picnic.
