Instead of the usual wispy seeds you expect on a dandelion, every single one has been swapped out for a small heart. So the whole seed head is this burst of little hearts lifting off in different directions, some clustered near the centre, some drifting further out. And then curling off the bottom of the stem theres a line of cursive script that reads 'love is in the air', the letters looping into each other in that flowing hand-lettered style. The whole thing is one colour, black, and thats what gives it that proper botanical illustration look.
Wilcom EmbroideryStudio pulled the satin columns on the lettering really clean, no wobble on the tight curves. The heart seeds themselves are mostly small satin shapes with directional underlay to stop them puckering. With 67 trims across the design its alot of movement but it runs smoothly once your machine settles into it. Hoop medium-weight cutaway stabiliser underneath and dont skip the underlay, the script needs a firm base to sit flat.
A customer last spring ordered alot of these for handmade wedding favours, small hooped frames in 3.5-inch size, black thread on cream linen. She sent me a photo and honestly it looked like something from a stationery shop. But I get people using it on tote bags, pillowcases, Valentine tees, anniversary gifts. Its one of those designs where the subject matter does the talking and you dont need colour to sell it.
Best results on light-coloured fabric, cream, white, pale blush linen or cotton, the black line-work pops without any competition. And because its a line illustration not a filled design, the stitch count stays between 7,906 and 17,808 depending on size, so its not going to stress your machine even at the biggest 7.44-inch hoop. Keep the density low on those seed shapes and theyll hold that airy hand-drawn look.
Comes in 5 sizes from the smallest 3.48-inch right up to the full 7.44-inch. All 8 machine file formats are in the download. Hit me up if theres any issue with your file and Ill sort it same day.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
